Phil Nevin is always interested in interesting stuff. Phil's schooling and work life didn't include doing a lot of art. It was more something he was just good at rather than something he thought he could make a career out of.

Eventually, Phil yelled "Hooray" when he took a redundancy from his 'proper job' which gave him the time he needed to complete Diplomas in Photography, Visual Arts and Animation.

Phil set about finding new stuff to play with which became his mantra. He had little projects abound, ideas filled books of things yet to try - more art to do!

 

Phil had a lot of fun in the whole seeing and thinking and doing process. His artworks demonstrate his unique gift for capturing machinery, comical faces and interesting abstracts.
